When the inmate is moved to another prison, their approved PIN numbers automatically follows thought-out their sentence. It is not uncommon for a prisoner to move several times throughout their sentence.

Thats roughly 50 hours of talking time. 95% of our customers use less than this, but don’t worry, if you do run over, our top-up rate is charged at 8p per minute.
